Working with me is based on solid ground. My academic background includes:

  • Master in Psychology, Business Education, and Intercultural Communication
  • PhD in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
  • Mental Coach Diploma for Business and Sport
  • Certified Hypnotherapist
  • Certified Master in the Reiss Motivation Profile

Before working in Sports, I applied the Future Lead Method to develop leadership teams for large organisations, coach young leaders and conduct high-level executive assessments.

As a passionate amateur road cyclist, I cover over 7,000 km and climb 100,000 meters annually.

This passion for cycling led me to apply the innovative Future Lead Method to sports, offering unique insights and techniques to enhance athletic performance.

In addition, I’m at ease working with a diverse range of clients, telling bad jokes in fluent German, Dutch, French and English.
